Week 1 Sunday is in the books and that was about as good as any Sunday can get. Upsets, GOAT moments, breakout players, nailbiters, and an overtime game. It had everything. Here's a game by game recap of yesterday's action.


Baltimore Ravens 47

Buffalo Bills 3

  • Bills look like a total mess

  • Peterman goes 5/18 for 24 yards and 2 INTs

  • Josh Allen came in the second half and had over 100 all purpose yards

  • Joe Flacco goes 25/34 for 236 with 3 TDs

  • Baltimore running game looked solid


Pittsburgh Steelers 21

Cleveland Browns 21

  • Big Ben was a turnover machine (5)

  • Le'veon who? James Conner showed up with 135 yards and 2 TDs

  • Tyrod Taylor goes 15/40 for 197 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT

  • Josh Gordon returns with a TD

  • First opening week tie since 1971

  • T.J. Watt has career day with 8 tackles and 4 sacks as well as game saving FG block

  • Myles Garrett comes up big with 2 Forced Fumbles

  • Andrew Luck returns and goes 39/53 for 319 yards with 2 TDs and 1 INT

  • Joe Mixon runs for 95 yards and 1 TD

  • A.J. Green goes for 92 yards and 1 TD

  • Clayton Fejedelem gets game clinching fumble recovery

  • Eric Ebron: 51 yards and 1 TD


Tennessee Titans 20

Miami Dolphins 27

  • Game lasted 7 hours because of lighting warnings

  • Marcus Mariota left game with injury

  • Frank Gore lead team in rushing with 61 yards

  • Kenny Stills: 106 yards 2 TDs

  • Delaine Walker suffers wrist injury


San Francisco 49ers 16

Minnesota Vikings 24

  • Jimmy G loses first career start. Goes 15/33 261 yards with 1 TD and 3 INTs

  • Kirk Cousins goes 20/36 for 244 yards with 2 TDs

  • Dalvin Cook (40 yards) and Latavius Murray (42 yards) split carries

  • Vikings showoff loaded offense, seem to be Super Bowl favorite

  • George Kittle leads 49ers in receiving with 90 yards

  • Brady shows no signs of slowing down at age 83 with 277 yards and 3 TDs

  • Gronk totals 123 yards and 1 TD

  • Aaron Rodgers leaves in second quarter, season thought to be over. Comes back in second half and leads historic 17 point fourth quarter comeback

  • Randall Cobb gets game winning 75 yard TD (Totals 142 yards)

  • Trubisky looked ok but learned his lesson against the GOAT (25-35 for 175 yards)

  • Davante Adams: 88 yards 1 TD Geronimo Allison: 69 yards 1 TD
